Through university-wide academic programs, the Office of Undergraduate Education shapes the intellectual foundation of OSU students and prepares them for their careers and their futures. Our innovative Core Education program (required of all undergraduates) builds competencies and skills demonstrated to support lifelong learning, professional success, and effective citizenship. In addition, we offer particular support to exploring students at the university and international students on the pathway into the university. And through our more applied academic offerings, students can gain research, leadership, and intercultural skills while earning credit and moving toward their career, educational, and service futures.
