Expand your horizons by studying abroad. The OSU Office of Global Opportunities (OSU GO) provides over 200 international opportunities for education, internships, and research in more than 70 countries around the world.
As part of the First-Year Experience for international students, OSU offers an additional layer of academic and personal support services through INTO OSU, referred to as International Direct.
Undergraduates can engage in research or creative activities through their coursework or through organized programs under the mentorship of OSU faculty members. Undergraduates can also engage in research or creative activities without being a part of a formal program! Undergraduate Research, Scholarship, and the Arts can help you with this process and also sponsors conferences where you can present your work.
Through the STEM Leaders Program, students from underrepresented groups in the colleges of Science, Engineering, and Agriculture gain access to paid undergraduate research, enroll in the Research Ready course, receive peer mentoring, and interact with a community of students with similar interests.
ROTC is an elective curriculum you take alongside your required college classes. It gives you the tools, training, and leadership experiences that will help you succeed in any competitive environment. At OSU, your options are Air Force ROTC, Army ROTC, and Navy/Marines ROTC.
