Stephanie is the Interim Associate Director for OSU's Office of Undergraduate Research, Scholarship, and the Arts and STEM Leaders Program Coordinator. She is passionate about supporting the success of underrepresented and minoritized students pursuing science degrees in higher education. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Science Education at OSU and focuses on institutional efforts to support transfer students as they engage both on- and off-campus. In her spare time, Stephanie can be found practicing yoga, running outside, and taking care of her cat and dog.

Christy is the GRA for OSU's Office of Undergraduate Research, Scholarship, and the Arts. She has been a musical performer and educator for over twenty years, works as a publishing engraver, and also teaches self-defense classes for female-identifying groups. Her professional goal is to engage student populations in conversations about what role Higher Education should play in creating a more equitable community both on and off-campus. In her spare time, Christy can be found camping and hiking, lifting weights, exploring the northwest culinary scene, or reading the newest fantasy novel.

Daniel is Assistant Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education and Associate Professor of Ethnic Studies. He provides overall leadership and support for both the Office of URSA and the STEM Leaders Program. In addition, he collaborates with college leadership and faculty to improve course-based learning and success and provide transformative educational opportunities for all learners. Committed to civic engagement, he has been involved with a number of community-based organizations in Oregon, and currently serves on the Oregon Commission for Hispanic Affairs. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys hiking in the forests around Corvallis, the Oregon Coast, and visiting with family in the Midwest and Ecuador.
