Dear Colleagues,
This past May, we shared a message updating you on our progress toward the selection and adoption of a single, university-wide, Student Experience CRM for matriculated students. Today, we write to share that negotiations to partner with Attain to implement the Salesforce platform as our university-wide CRM are complete. This tool will assist and empower students, and the faculty and staff who engage with them, as they progress from matriculation through graduation.
A hearty dose of gratitude to all those whose efforts assisted in the selection process.
Next Step: Phase I Implementation
System Implementation: December 2022-June 2023
Moving forward, the Student Experience CRM Steering Committee, the CRM Core Project Team, and an array of OSU Stakeholder Workgroups (Communications, Case Management, Events & Involvement, Student Navigation, Reporting, Integrations to Student Tools, Advising Navigation, and Classroom Connections) will partner with Attain to ensure that our project goals are met with appropriate stakeholder engagement.
We expect to launch the first components of the new CRM in Summer 2023, in what we’re calling Phase I. This will include student use, time for necessary adjustments, and the evaluation of what should be included in Phase II.
